	What are our office hours?
		Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
	What insurances do we carry?
		Builder's Risk, General Liability and Workers Comp on Chipman Construction employees. All
		sub-contractors without Workers comp. must sign a State Release on them and all of their
		employees.
	Who pulls all the permits?
		Chipman Construction, LTD handles all of the permits throughout the building process!
	How long does the build usually take?
		Most of our homes are completed within 90 days!
	How many years have we been in business?
		We are proud to be celebrating our 35th year!
	Who gets the 911 address?
		We handle all of this for you!
	What type of homes do you build?
		We build all types; hardie-plank on slab or pilings, stucco on slab or pilings, brick...etc.
	How much do house plans cost?
		Plans are free if built with Chipman Construction! (can save thousands) We are able to provide you with a finished floor elevation.
	Who gets the septic permit if needed?
		We handle all of this for you!
	Who is responsible if damage is done to home during the construction process?
		We take all responsibility until your home is complete.
	How do I know if I'm in a flood-zone or windstorm area?
		Chipman Construction will help find out if you're in a vulnerable location and will build your home to meet all requirements!
